It is normal to see different "opinions" on these issues. Qualitative assumptions are the rule. A process analysis supplies facts instead of speculations and puts an end to uncertainty! Causes and effects can be proven on an objective level and calculated.
NeuroModel® calculates models from the process data of each production process. Using these models, it is possible to accurately investigate causes and effects. Tests which no user would conduct in his own process may be conducted on the model.
The knowledge thus gained can be used for a targeted improvement of the process. At the same time, the resulting models can also be used as the basis for soft sensors or optimizers.
